Stephen McCoach, CA, Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee

Stephen McCoach is also the CEO and co-chairman of Imperial Ginseng Products Ltd., a publicly-traded company which cultivates ginseng in Canada for distribution in Asia. He is a founder and/or director of several private and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries. Mr. McCoach received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and became a chartered accountant with KPMG. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Maurice Levesque, President and Director

Maurice Levesque is also the chief executive officer of Qwest Investment Management Corp. and the chairman, CEO and chief compliance officer of Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd. an investment counsel and portfolio management company. Mr. Levesque has 30 years of experience in the Canadian financial industry and is recognized for his broad knowledge, skills and experience in the venture capital industry, financial services industry and for his leadership skills in new business formation and development. He is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a member of the board of directors for the Exempt Market Dealers Association.

Mark Lerohl, Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee

Mr. Lerohl has spent over 15 years in the finance industry with more than a decade dedicated to investment banking. Most recently, Mr. Lerohl was with Macquarie Capital Markets Canada where he focused on servicing Canadian private equity firms for two years. Previously, Mr. Lerohl worked in the Investment Banking group at National Bank Financial. His four years at NBF were occupied with private equity clients, health services, technology, and retail structured products. He was involved in a number of major transactions including equity and debt financings, M&A, and leveraged buyouts. Prior to joining NBF, Mr. Lerohl was with Canaccord Capital Corporation as part of their investment banking group. There he worked with mining, life sciences, structured products, and other diversified industries. Mr. Lerohl has also served as Manager of Business Development for Fusion Capital where he concentrated on private equity and mezzanine debt financings in the technology sector. In addition, Mr. Lerohl was an M&A Associate with Constellation Software and has acted as a Research Associate for Taurus Capital covering small cap Canadian technology companies. Mr. Lerohl's dedication to public service is evident in his previous position on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto. He is the previous co-chair of The Big Night Out - during the 100 year anniversary of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto. A graduate of the MBA program of Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Lerohl also received a Bachelor of Science in math and economics from the University of Alberta. Additionally, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Mark Walker, Non-Executive Director and Member of Audit Committee

A graduate in geophysics from the University of Alberta in 1984, Mr. Walker started his career trading on the Burns Fry bond desk, eventually founding of The Yaletown Futures Group, which became the largest introducing brokerage of derivative instruments in western Canada. Yaletown was instrumental in the introduction of the first online trading platform of futures and derivatives products in Canada. Mr. Walker later founded Meridian Futures Ltd. Mr. Walker is currently involved with the development and marketing of real estate. Mr. Walker also holds degrees and designations from The University of Washington, the Sauder School of Business and the Canadian Securities Institute.
