Mr. Maurice Levesque, President and Director

Maurice is the President and Director of Knightswood Holdings Ltd. He is also (a) the Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Office and a Director of Qwest Investment Management Corp. (“Qwest”) and (b) the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Ultimate Designated Person and a Director of Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd., the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Heritage Bancorp Ltd. and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Qwest Funds Corp., all of which are subsidiaries of Qwest Investment Management Corp. Mr. Levesque has over 35 years of experience in the Canadian financial industry. He is recognized for his broad knowledge, skills, experience and leadership in venture capital, financial services and new business formation and development. Mr. Levesque is a founder and/or director of several private and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries.

Sohail Thobani, CFO and Director

Sohail is the CFO and a Director of Knightswood Holdings Ltd. He is also (a) the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Qwest Investment Management Corp. and Heritage Bancorp Ltd., and (b) a Director of Finance and a Director of Qwest Funds Corp. Mr. Thobani is responsible for managing Qwest’s financial affairs, including finance, accounting, performance management, capital, treasury, and taxation. Mr. Thobani joined Qwest in 2019 bringing with him significant financial services experience. His career spans over 19 years in financial services, working in North America, Europe, and emerging markets of Asia. Prior to joining Qwest, Mr. Thobani spent 13 years working in London, United Kingdom, in leading retail and investment banking firms such as Barclays, NatWest Group and Nationwide Building Society. He has also been associated with KPMG UK’s Banking and Capital Markets division. Mr. Thobani led and is recognized for delivering various IFRS, finance regulatory and finance change projects, most notably IFRS 9. He has also led acquisition and due diligence projects and has acted as a finance and accounting advisor to senior management on various strategic matters. Mr. Thobani is a Canadian CPA, CGA, Fellow Certified Accountant from UK.

Stephen McCoach, Director

Stephen is a Director of Knightswood Holdings Ltd. He is also a Director for Qwest Investment Management Corp. Stephen is also a founder and/or director of several private and publicly-traded companies in a range of industries including Imperial Ginseng Products Ltd., a publicly traded agricultural commodity company. Stephen received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and became a chartered accountant with KPMG. Stephen is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
